Die Menschen am Tresen könnten ein bisschen in ihrer professionellen, zugewandten Kommunikation mit den Gästen geschult werden. Also: 1. freundliche bleiben auch bei Schwierigkeiten, 2. mit der Aufmerksamkeit beim Kunden bleiben, auch wenn andere Mitarbeitende Fragen haben oder andere Kunden sich dazuwischendrängeln wollen, 3. die Berliner Direktheit etwas ablegen
