Everyone at the Savir-Center was welcoming, friendly and very professional. I found the wholistic exercises very helpful and informative. After only 3 days of doing the eye yoga exercises, a chronic spasm that I had been experiencing in my left eye due to an eye surgery several months prior, suddenly disappeared!
