I have very good experience from before arrival (where all the hotel and direction information were provided) to arrival (where I received very friendly reception, instruction and therapy) to post treatment (holistic consultation service to the visual improvement).

Ich habe einen guten/sehr guten Eindruck von dieser Arbeit bekommen. Er nimmt den Patienten die Angst und zeigt Wege auf, Augentropfen erst später einsetzen zu müssen.
