Buen servicio. Personal amable. Desayuno mejorable.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel, da man sich hier wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, da direkt an der Rambla del Raval mit viel Grün und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Matratzen sind sehr unbequem, da mit Federkern. Ein Topper würde da helfen.

My friend and I had a very good stay. We only experienced a couple of problems.
1. There were some British guys staying at the hotel at the same times as us and two nights in a row we experienced that they would come back to the hotel drunk and be very loud. The second night they were also banging on the door of one of their mates. It sounded like they were going to break the door down and we had a very hard time falling asleep again. At some point they left but came back later and started banging on the door again and yelling...

2. We came back one night and someone had been in our room (probably cleaning) even though we had the 'do not disturb' sign on our door. And nothing had been cleaned. Everyhting was as we left it. The only way we knew someone had been in there was because a keycard had been left in the keycard holder by the door, but we had our keycards with us. It was just a little uncomfortable knowing someone had been in there without cleaning.

Siehe oben, zum Preis -Leistungsverhältnis kann ich nichts sagen, da es für eine Nacht "sehr gut" war, für die 2. Nacht lag der Preis viel (!) höher, und dafür fand ich dann das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen.

El hotel está bien pero muy caro para la ubicación y habitación.
