Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et de recommander notre hôtel. Nous sommes ravis de savoir que votre séjour a été globalement positif.

Nous avons pris note de votre commentaire concernant l'absence de moquette dans les couloirs. Nous comprenons que le bruit puisse être gênant en dehors des heures de service et, même s'il est rare, nous apprécions grandement vos commentaires, car ils nous aident à nous améliorer. Nous les prendrons au sérieux.

Sentimos que el servicio de desayuno no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. En momentos de alta ocupación puede suceder que la reposición de productos y la limpieza de mesas requieran unos minutos adicionales, aunque nuestro equipo trabaja con la máxima dedicación para atender estas situaciones con rapidez y reducir al mínimo los tiempos de espera.

Tomamos nota de sus comentarios, que nos ayudan a identificar oportunidades de mejora y reforzar nuestros procesos para que esto no afecte a futuras estancias.

We sincerely regret that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. Regarding noise, there may occasionally be specific events in the neighborhood that are beyond our control, although we always try to minimize any inconvenience to our guests.
