The room was clean but very basic. An electric point near the bed would have been good, also a free bottle of water is not an unreasonable expectation for a room costing 190 euros per night, excluding breakfast. Breakfast service started too late for us as we had to catch an early train. The welcome drink of the past is sadly no more, also the free sweets at reception. We had to request a change of room as the first one was too noisy, despite us asking for a quiet room when we booked and again at check in. We had a long wait at check in. Quite a lot of noise from the corridor. Wifi didn't work.

We are pleased that you found our location to be convenient for your travel needs, as we are just a stone's throw away from the Sants Station and close to many of Barcelona's prime attractions.

However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of having accessible power outlets, and we aim to provide all necessary conveniences for a comfortable stay. We also recognize that a complimentary bottle of water is a common expectation, but it's a complementary service. Furthermore, we have to inform you, that we keep offering the candies and welcome drink at the front desk, so if it's missing you just have to notice our team, and they will manage it as soon as possible.
Regarding our breakfast service, times are designed to accommodate the majority of our guests' schedules, but we regret that it started too late for you. We are also sorry to hear about the initial room noise and the delay experienced during check-in. We are continuously working on improving our soundproofing and streamlining our check-in process for greater guest satisfaction. As for the Wi-Fi, we are currently upgrading our internet services to ensure a reliable connection throughout the hotel.

Finally, we are glad that you appreciated the cleanliness of your room. Our housekeeping team works diligently to provide a comfortable and spotless environment for our guests.

Nunca me había sentido extranjero en mi PAIS ESPAÑA
