We sincerely regret that your stay was not entirely satisfactory. Regarding noise, there may occasionally be specific events in the neighborhood that are beyond our control, although we always try to minimize any inconvenience to our guests.

Regarding the shower, we would like to point out that temperature fluctuations are not normal; if you inform the team, we will be happy to assist you immediately or find alternatives to ensure a comfortable experience.

Regarding the safe, we want to assure you that it's completely secure. We understand that it may be inconvenient to have it attached to a removable shelf, but its primary purpose is to protect your valuables, and it serves that purpose perfectly.

Sentimos las molestias que comenta y agradecemos que nos lo haya trasladado. No es algo habitual en nuestro hotel, aunque en esas fechas pudo coincidir con algún evento en Barcelona que ocasionara más ruido del esperado.

De todas formas, revisaremos lo mencionado para mejorar la experiencia de descanso de nuestros huéspedes.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y sugerencias. Nos alegra saber que, en general, su estancia fue agradable.

Respecto al hervidor de agua, estamos incorporándolos poco a poco en las habitaciones, pero mientras tanto, siempre puede solicitar agua caliente en recepción y se la proporcionaremos encantados.

Tomamos nota también de su observación sobre el ambientador en recepción para seguir mejorando la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes.

Esperamos verle de nuevo muy pronto y que disfrute aún más de su próxima estancia.
