Definitely not a 5-star. Would rate as a lower 4-star.

We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness, service, and Wi-Fi connectivity at abba Sants. Our team works hard to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service, and we are glad these aspects stood out to you. As for our Wi-Fi, we strive to offer the best connection to cover all our guests' needs, especially in our premium rooms.

However, we are disheartened to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that our room offerings and pricing are significant parts of the guest experience, and we continually strive to provide comfortable and well-appointed accommodations. We also recognize the importance of a satisfying dining experience, and our abba Mia restaurant aims to delight with a variety of options, from our extensive breakfast buffet to our carefully crafted dinner menu. While we regret that we didn't hit the mark for you in these areas, your feedback is invaluable to us as we seek to improve.

Nonetheless, it's great to know that you found our location convenient. Situated next to Sants Station and close to key attractions and transport links, we hope you were able to explore Barcelona with ease. Bastante mala. Ya desde la llegada, en recepción la chica que nos atendió muy desagradable y metiéndonos prisa. En la habitación rastos de suciedad (griferia, suelos, etc.) y muy incómoda: tenía una columna en el medio que impedía el libre movimiento. Para ser hotel de 4 estrellas y con lo que vale, debería ser mejor.

Nos complace saber que la ubicación del hotel fue de su agrado, estando cerca de la estación de Sants y puntos de interés como la 'Fira de Barcelona' y el Centro de Congresos de Montjuic.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia en la recepción no haya sido la esperada y que la habitación no cumpliera con los estándares de limpieza y comodidad que nos esforzamos por ofrecer. Entendemos lo importante que es un espacio acogedor y limpio al hospedarse con nosotros. En cuanto a la estructura de la habitación, nos gustaría mencionar que todas nuestras habitaciones miden entre 18-24 m2 para asegurar la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, pero tomaremos en cuenta su observación para futuras mejoras.
Además, sentimos comprobar su desencanto con el servicio recibido en recepción. Nuestro personal suele ser muy bien valorado y lamentamos que no haya sido así en su caso.
Apreciamos sus comentarios y nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que haya experimentado durante su estancia. De todos modos, trasladaremos su comentario al departamento correspondiente a fin de evitar que esto se reproduzca en el futuro.

Arrived for check in at 14.50 and room was not ready, waited in reception for 30 mins while this was sorted. Upon arrival in room it was only set up for one person, only one robe, one pair of slippers, there was a half eaten bar of chocolate in the mini fridge and the terrace was covered in cigarette butts, when charging over 250 euros for one night I expect a lot better. Reported to reception and fortunately these issues were resolved by your staff professionally and quickly and they delivered a bottle of bubbly to the room as way of apology. We always use this hotel when in Barcelona and it would not put me off, this was our second stay in this hotel within the month, the first was all good, this stay was not so good.

However, we are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations upon your arrival and room setup. Unfortunately, we couldn't offer another room upon your arrival because it was an executive room with a terrace. To make up for the wait, we invited you to have coffee in the hall while the room was ready. Moreover, the cleanliness of the terrace did not match our standards, and we apologize for the oversight. We are also reviewing your comments regarding the value for the price to ensure our usual high standards going forward.

We do try to maintain our high standards and are sorry that you experienced anything less during your time with us. Your comments will be reviewed with our team.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the service was excellent. I was also very pleased with the location, very close to the Barcelona Sants station.

En general todo muy bien. Ya me había alojado antes en este hotel, he repetido y volvería a repetir. Las habitaciones son completas, bien amuebladas y amplias, el baño estupendo. La experiencia general es muy buena.
