Stayed one night while passing through Barcelona. The hotel was clean and comfortable in a decent location near the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful

There was a lady at the front desk (october 12, about 15 oclock, tallish, pale, light brown hair) when i wanted to check in, and she was extremely rude. When i was asking for check in, she ignored me, and later she was talking about me in front of me, spanish. All the other employees were great.

Muy buena experiencia, la habitación cumplía con nuestras expectativas, les sugiero que reparen la puerta del baño de la habitación 407, imposible cerrarla con el consiguiente problema de intimidad.

The conditions were disappointing. Bed linen excessively used, with holes in it, bathroom sink not draining, old and dirty carpets, shower battery almost broken, no slippers.

Our hotel is constantly renovating to improve our facilities and we have recently changed our mattresses and pillows to provide higher quality to our customers. We want to assure you that we are working to update and improve our rooms and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the bedding and bathroom sink. We will address these concerns with our cleaning team. For future occasions, we remain at your disposal to deal with any inconvenience during your stay or offer you a room change. As for slippers, we inform you that they are available in our Premium rooms.

Ninguna seriedad por parte de ellos a la hora de objetos olvidados.
Ya que no lo devuelven.

Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente que tuvo con respecto a los objetos olvidados y la sensación que esto le ha transmitido por parte del hotel. Nuestro procedimiento a la hora de tratar con los objetos olvidados es muy estricto, y nuestro personal de confianza, siempre guarda los objetos correspondientes para su posterior devolución si el cliente lo solicita. Una de nuestras prioridades es la transparencia con el cliente, y siempre nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio de calidad y nos tomamos muy en serio la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes para asegurarnos de que tengan una experiencia agradable en nuestro hotel.

Very good, help offered when required. Comfy room at a reasonable price. Only gripe was a lack of coffee making facility. I wake up in the morning and have a coffee before I even consider getting dressed!

Great overall. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the amenities. Shower was a bit tricky to use without splashing water on the floor. Highly recommend the terrace suite which was super for morning coffee or relaxing outside in the evening. Very close to excellent cafes/bakeries and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
