Good but I still think you should have coffee making facilities in the room. You have a minibar there, why not coffee and tea?

However, we understand your desire for in-room coffee and tea making facilities. While our Premium rooms with terraces are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, we acknowledge that this amenity is not standard in all rooms. We appreciate your feedback on this and will certainly consider how we can enhance our room offerings.

Good checkin and checkout experience. Room was clean and comfortable.
No outlets near bed for devices. Bathroom had a terrible sewage smell.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of outlets near the bed and the unpleasant smell you encountered in the bathroom. ottimo hotel vicino al centro di Barcellona, comodo ai servizi pubblici. Servizi interni validi come il ristorante e la sala colazione. Pulizia camera ottima.

Bien tranquila i tal como necesitava,desayuno muy caro

Estamos encantados de que haya disfrutado de la comodidad de la habitación, la limpieza y la calidad del servicio ofrecido, elementos que consideramos esenciales para una estancia agradable. Además, nos complace saber que encontró nuestra ubicación conveniente para sus necesidades.

Sin embargo, lamentamos saber que ha encontrado el precio del desayuno elevado. Deseamos informarle que ofrecemos un variado y extenso buffet de desayuno que incluye una amplia selección de embutidos ibéricos, quesos, frutas naturales y mucho más, buscando siempre proporcionar un valor añadido a la primera comida del día de nuestros huéspedes. Entendemos que cada huésped tiene sus preferencias y por ello ofrecemos la posibilidad de elegir entre solo alojamiento o alojamiento con desayuno al realizar la reserva.

Finalmente, nos alegra que la relación calidad-precio haya sido de su agrado y que la tranquilidad de su estancia haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Nuestra ubicación no sólo es ideal por su cercanía a la Estación de Sants y otros puntos de interés turístico, sino también por la gran variedad de restaurantes y servicios que se encuentran en las proximidades.

Buena, se nota el paso del tiempo por el hotel, pero compensado por la amabilidad, limpieza y comodidad.

Estimado huésped,

Su reseña nos da una idea de que pudo disfrutar de una estancia confortable en nuestras instalaciones, destacando la buena atención recibida y el servicio de limpieza. Se trata de dos aspectos que intentamos cuidar al detalle y nos alegra que así lo haya percibido.

No obstante, sentimos si percibió que parte de nuestras instalaciones precisan de una puesta a punto. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones y las haremos llegar al departamento a cargo.

Por otra parte, celebramos que nuestra privilegiada ubicación, con excelentes conexiones y perfecta para visitar la ciudad, fuera de su agrado.

I have some points to mention: 1- There is no power plug near the beds, which was the most important thing I wanted to say. 2- The rooms are not very sound-protected, so you can hear many noises from other rooms. Other than these two everything was perfect, especially the employees!
