Good but no restaurant
Fridge not working. Told only be sorted on Monday. We are gone by then

Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant, the Abba Mia is closed during August, however, our team are very happy to give advice and suggestions about the wide variety of restaurants that can be found on the same street as our hotel.

We loved our time at your hotel. If we were back in the area again, we'd choose Abba Sants again!!! The staff were wonderful and took care of our needs. The room was comfortable and pleasant, and supplied for our needs. The bed was also comfortable, as were the many pillows, which were much appreciated. The location was also close to the train station and many good restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Normal. Un 4 estrellas básico. Llamamos para pedir una habitación en un piso bajo y al llegar nos habían asignado un 6 piso, por lo que tuvieron que cambiarla y darnos una habitación en el 1 que daba a una cubierta de fácil acceso desde la calle, así que por seguridad, no abrimos la ventana. La cafetera de cortesía no funcionó y el detalle de bienvenida por reservar en la web no nos lo entregaron.
Por lo demás, está cerca de Sants qué es lo que buscábamos.

Lamentamos que la habitación asignada no haya sido de tu total satisfacción. Todas nuestras habitaciones tienen un tamaño entre 18-24 m2, y siempre hacemos todo lo posible por satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes. There was an opened and used water in the minibar, shower head was dirty, moldy and damaged, there was a dirty greasy magazine from the hotel on the table, room had only 2 power sockets far from the bed, there was a lightbulb broken, could hear other guests flushing at night and people walking around in the corridor, Wi-Fi didn’t work properly.
It was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, it also had a table and a chair that were very practical
