Muy buena, limpia y cómoda la habitación

Nos complace enormemente que haya disfrutado de la habitación, la limpieza y el servicio proporcionado. Es estupendo saber que la ubicación de nuestro hotel ha sido de su agrado, situado junto a la Estación de Sants y cerca de importantes puntos de interés turístico y de ocio de la ciudad.

Muy buena. No obstante, la chica de recepción que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, aunque hizo bien su trabajo, no era nada sonriente ni demasiado agradable. En cambio, otros empleados de recepción sí que lo fueron.

Nos complace que haya disfrutado de la comodidad de su habitación, la limpieza y el servicio proporcionado, así como de nuestra conveniente ubicación.

Sin embargo, lamentamos que la acogida por parte de uno de nuestros miembros del personal de recepción no haya sido tan cálida como cabría esperar. Entendemos la importancia de un servicio amable y cercano, por lo que valoramos mucho su observación y aseguramos dar seguimiento a este aspecto con nuestro equipo. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Most of the bathroom area, walls and furniture are patched and repaired. Showing it's age poorly. The location is great, staff etc. Long waits fornthe elevator as only one was working.

Pricey sleep, not a value

We are pleased that you found our premises to be clean, as we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our guests. Our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure that every room is spotless and welcoming for each new arrival.

However, we regret to hear that you felt the price did not reflect the value of your stay. We understand that every guest values different aspects of their stay, and we are committed to providing a wide range of amenities and services, such as our recently renovated rooms with home automation, premium quality mattresses changed a year ago, and a diverse breakfast buffet, to enhance the experience of our visitors.

Nonetheless, we hope you were able to appreciate our convenient location next to Sants Station, which offers excellent communication with El Prat airport and easy access to some of the most interesting tourist and leisure spots in Barcelona, including the famous fountains of Montjuic and the Olympic Stadium.
