The only positives were the bed in the room and the guy who drove us to the ski . The rest is quite horrible

We are pleased that you appreciated the comfort of the bed and the assistance provided by our shuttle service to the ski area. Our hotel, abba Xalet Suites, is located in a scenic area, just 2 kilometres from the La Massana gondola, allowing easy access to the slopes.
However, we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. The cleanliness of your room should have been maintained to our usual high standards, and we are sorry if it fell short during your stay. Additionally, we understand that the location may not have suited your needs perfectly, as we are 10 minutes from the centre of Andorra La Vella, requiring a car for some activities. We appreciate your feedback on the service and will review this with our team to ensure our quality remains high. Lastly, while breakfast is an important part of our offerings, we apologize if it did not meet your expectations, and we strive to provide a variety of options for all our guests.
