Positive: authentic hotel, location of hotel with mountain view, the pool area with DJ, terras, nice rooms, good breakfast, late checkout at 1200; Unfortunately no airco. Recommendation for improvement: provide clearer info on what/how to recycle garbage; No need to have towels on the floor.

We are delighted that the picturesque mountain views, our newly made panoramic outdoor terrace, and the enjoyable atmosphere at the pool area with our DJ contributed to your positive experience. It pleases us to know that our well-appointed rooms, alongside the variety of options at our buffet breakfast, met your expectations.
However, we acknowledge that the absence of air conditioning and the clarity of our recycling policies did not fully meet your needs. Regarding the towels, we are constantly working to improve our sustainability practices and appreciate your suggestion. We aim to provide all necessary information to ensure a comfortable and environmentally conscious stay for our guests.
Nonetheless, the strategic location of our hotel close to the slopes and the convenience of a late checkout at 12:00 PM are aspects that we are proud to offer. We are committed to ensuring that each guest enjoys the full range of amenities and services we have available, including our shuttle service to nearby ski resorts and spacious family rooms for a more inclusive experience.
