Check In non chiaro , viene indicato di andare a quello automatico ma non funziona . Bisogna rivolgersi al Check del
“The Niu” - La camera non aveva un buon odore e non era pulita al meglio - Nel bagno (pur essendo nuovo e di buona qualità ) non funzionava la ventola di aspirazione - Snack scaduti nel distributore - Metro e Supermercati lontani - Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente un altro servizio .

Vi bodde i 7 nätter. Och vi fick inte städat en enda gång under vistelsen. Fick inte heller byta av lakan eller handdukar. Och ett täcke var riktigt gult och smutsigt nertill, så det fick vi bytt efter vi påpekat det. Täcket var smutsigt när vi anlände. På eftermiddagen dagen innan vi skulle åka hem kom en städerska och frågade om vi ville ha städat, men då var det lite för sent....
Tråkigt att det inte byggts en gång inomhus mellan boendet i Ancora och frukostmatsalen så man slipper ta ytterkläder på sig varje gång man går till frukosten.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war während einer Woche bei Ihnen. In dieser kurzen Zeit wurde die Bettwäsche zwei Mal gewechselt (Umweltschutz?). Ich hätte einen täglichen kleinen Reinigungsservice bevorzugt.

Хороший современный номер с отличным видом и потрясающим завтраком.
Из минусов:
- жарко, вентилятор не спасает.
- неудобная система с карточками. При заселении без посещения соседнего отеля не обойтись(в холл без посторонней помощи не попасть, если не знать код заранее, карточки сами не настраиваются, выдает сообщение об ошибке)
- Туалет. Современный, но датчики движения выводили из себя. Туалет смывал, когда ему вздумается, а заставить его сделать это, когда нужно тебе - трудная задача

I arrived at 11pm. I checked in at Nui hotel, as the self serve machine at Acora was not working. A group of drunk European guys told me to walk over to the Nui hotel, which I did. Upon entering my hotel room the heat hit me instantly, and no air con, just a fan in the corner of the room. I opened the window, unpacked and headed directly for a cold shower to cool down. I was unable to sleep due to the heat, I went back to the Nui reception and advised that I was unable to breathe properly in the room, they advised that they had spare rooms in Nui hotel but were unable to do move me across until the morning. I had to go back to my room that was a 'Sauna'. I did not sleep that night. The following morning I attended the Nui Hotel reception as instructed and was moved to a room that had air con, I was asked to pay 115 euros extra, 15 euro extra per day for the entirety of my stay. To summarise, the first night stay was hell, a hot sauna like room and the window barely opens. The following day i was asked to pay more to have a room I could live in safely for rest of my stay which i disagree with. Furthermore, the free taxi from the airport as part of the offer was not honoured by booking.com, they have denied it was ever available. Poor experience overall from both. Ideally I'd be looking for a refund for the additional cost of being switched to an alternative room and also a refund for the first night stay of which was a truly terrible experience being forced to remain in a room I'd paid a healthy amount for to live in unhealthy conditions.
