Wir haben uns zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit ein paar Gedanken gemacht. Hier würden wir uns wünschen, dass vielleicht die Regionalität etwas mehr hervorgehoben wird, wie zB Brote vom Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft, Pflegeprodukte aus der Region, zusätzliche Details von wo bestimmte Lebensmittel (wie ZB Fleisch) bezogen werden, etc. Diese Dinge hätten vorrang zu Toilettenpapier und Taschentüchern, die nicht dem Hotelstandard entsprachen (siehe Kommentar weiter oben).
