Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Schon von außen erfüllt das Hotel, was wir erwartet haben, wenn man in den Schwarzwald reist. Das Holz überall sieht toll aus und macht eine so gemütliche Atmosphäre. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl es wird einem bei Anliegen weitergeholfen. Auch die Nachhaltigkeit beim Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Sowohl meine Familie als auch ich waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen fanden wir sehr gut und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.
