Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet
Was mich störte war der Teppichboden im Zimmer, den ich aus hygienischen Gründen nicht gut finde.

Great place with super good location. The room didnt have any air-condition though, which made it to a sweaty stay. I might come back, but maybe not in summer.

Freundlicher Empfang, zweckmäßige, saubere Zimmer, modernes Bad, ein grundsolide Unterkunft nahe Gedächniskirche. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz, sogar mit Carports. Angemessener Preis.

I travel to Berlin two or three times per year and I always stay in your hotel because the location suits me and the bathrooms are clean (something that I cannot say about the walls, they are really dirty). But last Friday I had to wait two hours until the room I booked three weeks ago was available to check in (it was not clean by 12.15 when I arrived), and it was not just me. I can understand that because it can happen but what I cannot understand is the way the receptionist manage the situation. Before me were to customers waiting and after me arrived more and the receptionist kept her attention on the computer where she was working or solving something (it does not matter) and nobody asked us if we needed something or if we could wait because there was a problem or something to solve, nothing, she never communicated with us. That was the worst experience I have ever had as a client. I would like my comments were taken to improve the service and not as a negative critic because as I said, I stayed many times before in the hotel and I was satisfied. Thank you.

Nice small hotel, conveniently located in the City center with an easy access to the shops, restaurants and metro.
