Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Alters verwinkeltes Gebäude aber ordentlich und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage keine Lärmbelästigung.

Couldn't have been happier. My stay in Berlin was at the end of an almost 4week trip, and put just the right "oomph" accent for a tired traveller. A lovely ending of a long trip. It'll be my hotel of choice for any subsequent visits to Berlin for me.

With the exception of our room location which was on the top floor and thus required us to first take the elevator and then walk up and down stairs / steps, it was a very good experience. Thankfully, the staff were wonderful, helping us with our heavy luggage and with any questions we had.
