The Staff is very professional and friendly. They helped us very much. Thank you! We appreciated a lot! The Service is excellent, the rooms perfectly clean and the beds very comfortable. We will surely come back and really recommend this Hotel also to our friends! Alessandro (from Milan/Italy) and Robert (from München).

Overall experience was good. Nice location and good proces. The only thing we weren't satisfied was the shower of our room (room 316). Because of the missing showerdoor or -curtain the whole bathroom was wet after a shower.

thank you but we can not understand, because every shower has a door or a shower curtain... so please inform the reception direct when you stay here..
