Convenient for a great time in Berlin. Strange that we had to collect our own sheets from Reception and make our bed - and that a quadruple room seemed to only mean two people in the minds of the hotel.

Dear Sirs,

we apologize for the Misgeschick and we can not explain why this happened. Possibly had the colleague so much to do that he has forgotten it later. Please verzeien and accept our apology.

eigentlich ganz gut, jedoch renovierungsbedürftig(Fenster,Treppenhaus)

Es tut uns leid dass es Ihnen dieses Mal wohl nicht so gut gefallen hat bei uns im Haus. Sprechen Sie uns doch einfach an. In diesem Sommer renovieren wir aufwendig unsere schönen alten Fenster. Es freut uns dass Sie von den Baumaßnahmen nichts bemerkt haben. So soll es sein. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal kommen können Sie die renovierten Fenster im Haus sehen.

wir waren zufrieden - Beleuchtung im Badezimmer (Spiegel) könnte verbessert werden

wir freuen uns, daß es Ihnen gefallen hat und hoffen, Sie werden uns bald wieder besuchen. Leider wissen wir nicht in welchem Zimmer Sie gewohnt haben.. wir sind aber dabei die Bäder nach und nach zu renovieren, dann auch mit sehr schönen hell beleuchteten Spiegeln. Sprechen Sie uns einfach an der Rezeption an und wir versuchen Ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Die Lage ist super und das Hotel hat einen tollen Charme. Leider waren die Betten und Bettwäsche nicht sehr bequem und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

danke für Ihren Hinweis, leider können wir es nicht verstehen, denn unsere Betten/Matratzen sind neu und Standard, auch die Bettwäsche wird von einer renommierten Firma geliefert, die u.a. auch 5 Sterne Häuser mit der gleichen Bettwäsche beliefert. Wir hoffen aber trotzdem, dass Ihr Aufenthalt angenehm war und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Besuch.

The staff members at the reception desk were very helpful and kind. The single room I stayed was cozy and convenient. With the perfect location from which we can travel any places by public transportation, and the reasonable price including breakfast, this hotel is one of the best accommodations in Berlin. Only thing that the hotel may want to improve would be the speed of the wifi service. It seems rather slower than my expectation, but probably sufficient for those who want to check emails, not watching video streaming. Anyway, I want to express my gratitude to the employees.
