hat mir, uns mit meiner Familie sehr gefallen bei Ihnen zu übernachten. Alle waren sehr nett.Zimmer Sauber.
Das einzige was uns nicht so ,,gefallen" also genauer gesagt geschmeckt hatte,war der Kaffee.Hier ist noch ein Entwicklungspotenzial.Das sagt Ihnen ein Mann der Kaffee süchtig ist!

Im Internetauftritt sollte deutlicher herausgestellt werden, welche Zimmer über 4 Betten verfügen oder lediglich über ein Zustellsofa. Auch die Whg. im Ergeschoss mit "eigenem Garten" sollten hervorgehoben werden.

Freundliches Hotel in ruhiger Toplage (zwei Minuten bis zum KaDeWe), allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum im Durchgangsbereich und das Frühstück mit 9 Euro meines Erachtens ein wenig überteuert (muss man aber auch nicht in Anspruch nehmen.) Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Im Frühstücksbereich Richtung Ausgang ist ungemütlich kalt wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet.
Im Sommer ist das vieleicht kein Problem, aber jetzt im Oktober zieht es kalt hinein.
Ansonsten waren wir wieder zufrieden.

We stayed 6 nights and, overall we were not very satisfied with your hotel. The room was of a basic standard but was clean, the breakfast was OK but the dining room is badly designed with people checking out having to walk through the breakfast area with their suitcases. The staff at reception were friendly enough but our experience on our last morning with not being advised to change our clocks the night before we left was very annoying. We asked for washing to be done and were not happy with the results. I started to wash things by hand because this gave a better result.

Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. We're very sorry that your laundry will not clean enough was. We have this washed with our washing machine. In this machine, no other laundry was only yours. Of course we check our maschine.
