Indeed a well cherished experience of staying at Air in Berlin. The staff on the front desk was always very cooperative.The room service was also quite good. although there was a little problems with the pillows which were too long ,but still the experience was quite good. nicely located close to the main shopping area.

I had a singe room that was quite nice and clean. The only think that could be better was the pillow. It was too big and was not good for my neck. The staff was friendly in the hotel.
