all was well except that the credit card system was down for 3 days, advertised to be fixed on Thursday. At checkout Friday morning the clerk wanted cash since the machine still broken and no change to the Thursday repair. very stress ending to otherwise nice stay. the desk clerk was frazzled and manager no where in sight.

La chambre était située sous le toit au
5ème étage . Il y avait deux velux lorqu\'ils étaient ouverts et qu\'il pleuvait cela faisait beaucoup de bruit et de l\'eau entrait dans la chambre

Habe den Aufenthalt bei Ihnen als sehr angenehm empfunden. Der liebevolle Roomservice hat mich besonders beeindruckt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Berlin und Umgebung für 6 Tage, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und verkehrstechnisch (U- und S-Bahn, Busse) äußerst günstig. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können das Hotel nur bestens empfehlen.

Outstanding! I bring groups of teenagers yearly to Berlin and I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff has always been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. During my recent stay, I was especially impressed. Thank you for a marvelous experience.

We had a family-meeting in Berlin. We were 13 and all of us very happy about the Hotel Air in Berlin. Very quite but close to S-bahn and U-bahn and also to the famous Ka-De-We. The staff was very kind and helpful.
