Siamo lieti di apprendere che il check-in sia stato semplice e che il nostro personale abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative per disponibilità e cortesia.

Ci fa piacere sapere che abbia trovato la pulizia degli ambienti e la qualità della camera di suo gradimento, così come il servizio Wi-Fi.

Wir freuen uns, dass der Check-in reibungslos verlief und Sie das Zimmer und den Frühstücksbereich besonders sauber und einladend fanden. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen diese Aspekte gefallen haben.

Wir haben Ihre Anmerkungen zum Parkraummanagement und den Schwierigkeiten beim Check-out zur Kenntnis genommen. Wir entschuldigen uns für die dadurch entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und Verzögerungen, aber Autobesitzer hinterlassen ihre Schlüssel nicht immer. Wir verstehen voll und ganz, wie sich solche Situationen auf Ihren Aufenthalt auswirken können, aber Ihr Auto hätte problemlos abreisen können.
