In ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß vom Bahnhof im Hotel, was in Venedig ein echtes Plus ist. Hinzu kommt das hervorragende Frühstück, ein Mix aus italienischen und kontinentalen Zutaten. Abends/morgens duftet es im ganzen Haus nach selbst gebackenen Mehlspeisen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind äußerst liebenswert und freundlich und freuen sich besonders, wenn man sich bemüht bzw. versucht, ein bisschen italienisch zu sprechen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und sehr ruhig.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. We were checked in so quickly the apartment we stayed at was perfect. The location is amazing. We ad a late flight after checkout and they held onto our bags so we could continue to explore which was so nice.

Accueil chaleureux . Hôtel très calme tout en étant proche des lieux touristiques - à pied ou en vaporetto ( arrêt sur le grand canal à 3 minutes ) . Proximité de la place où arrivent les cars en provenance de l'aéroport . Beaucoup de possibilités de restauration le soir à proximité de l'hôtel . Tout le nécessaire dans la chambre et la salle de bain . Seul petit regret , la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain , un ou deux mètres carrés supplémentaires auraient été appréciés . Bon rapport qualité/prix . Très belle expérience . Prête à revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Venise .

I loved our stay. The location is perfect. The side street was quiet and cozy. We had eay access to all areas of the city. The service was great and the staff extremely friendly

This was amazing. We arrived at midnight not knowing what to expect and as we entered the lobby we were met by Ricardo who was so happy to greet us. We felt very welcome the very first moment. When we entered the room we noticed how clean it was. It is located in a very quiet area just a block away from the noisy tourist area, Morning came and we were so happy to meet the owner, Giacomo who you could tell was very proud of his establishment and had a hands on approach to making sure all guests were taken care of. Breakfast was amazing with our names welcoming us to our table. Aracelli our waitress was very friendly and aimed to please. We stayed two nights and will definitely stay again when in Venice. It is so refreshing to stay in an establishment in which the owner is there to oversee the day to day workings as opposed to larger establishments where you just feel like a number.
