Hotel infrastructure is fine, but customer service is poor, with very slow and unfriendly waiters, except for one. The bar service could be greatly improved (in a 5 star hotel you cannot say "the cocktail will take a long time" when there were 8 guests and 3 waiters). Breakfast cheese assortment very simple and very poor pastries (no cakes or tea biscuits). A detail, if I order a cappuccino to the waiter, I expect it from professional machine, and not from automatic one, that's available directly to the guests. Suggestion: (1) a Nexpresso machine with milk in the rest areas of saunas, not only tee. (2) late checkout availability .
