Polite & welcoming & helpful staff. Room was neat & clean and surprisingly more spacious than expected. There was a little variety in the breakfast everyday which was nice. Location= 10/10. I’ll be happy to stay here again.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s right in the city center, on a main street, and very close to the Great Market Hall.
The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. I usually don’t find hotel beds comfortable, so this was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything you need, including body wash and even a body lotion, which I used and really liked.
The service was excellent, and everything was always clean.
The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of food. However, one downside is that the dining area is relatively small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel, so it is almost always crowded. On my last day, I unfortunately had to wait about 20 minutes for a table because it was so busy.
Another downside I experienced was the Wi-Fi in my room (Room 001), which was very slow. I’m not sure if it was just my room or if the same issue existed in the other rooms as well.
Overall, despite these two drawbacks, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
