Waarvoor dank! :-)

Dear Erika! Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. It is wonderful to hear that our service met your expectations. We look forward to welcome you back again. Best Regards, Balázs Kertész, Front Office Manager

I was there for work. If I had been on vacation I would have asked for a different room or cancelled my stay all together. It should be noted that all the staff were very polite and warm.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We truly appreciate your kind words about our team and are pleased to hear that you found our staff polite and welcoming. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations.

Your comments are very important to us, and we will review them carefully to better understand how we can improve both our rooms and the overall guest experience.

We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable stay in the future.

Kind regards,
Balazs Kertesz

The location was very good. The man at tye desk was helpful. But the smell really made the experience bad. Also it felt like a 2 star hotel. Everything in the room/ bathroom was so basic

Dear Lauren,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location and found our colleague at the reception helpful.

At the same time, we regret that the smell in the room affected your overall experience. This is certainly not the impression we aim to provide, and your comment will be reviewed carefully. We also take note of your remarks regarding the room and bathroom amenities, as guest comfort remains a key priority for us.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement.

Kind regards,
Balázs Kertész
