all the crew was very nice.

Very pleasant,
Hotel clean and tidy and in a great location
very close to a lot of famous sites and tram routes.
Room was a little small but I wouldn’t let that put you off.
Also nice and quiet no busy street/traffic noise

A clean hotel and room. But the room w as too small. I didn't have enough place to my suitcase. The shower room was very small and the strem was wick.
It's a 4 stars hotel which give the guest one bottle of water and one coffee capsule during the stay - it's an absurd!!!
