As owners of a small private hotel in Nuremberg, we deliberately chose your very central location in Budapest – and we haven't regretted it.
***
The security level (24-hour reception, camera surveillance, fire safety equipment) was very high, parts of the breakfast buffet were regularly replaced to increase variety, and the service (reception + breakfast + housekeeping) was friendly. Providing the second room as a twin room (as requested in advance) also worked perfectly.
***
Suggestions for improvement: a slightly larger selection at the kiosk, and the elevator was a bit temperamental (regarding the light barrier/number of people/weight). The flat-screen TV was a little slow to respond – which wasn't relevant for us; there was no ironing station, or at least we couldn't find one.
***
The hotel is in good, well-maintained condition; the lack of soundproofing is probably due to the building's design (it's not much different in Nuremberg).
***
Conclusion: We highly recommend this safe and centrally located hotel in Pest for a short city break. Greetings from rooms 406 and 407.

By the way: we also use Customer Alliance for reviews and post-stay messages 😉.
