Really pleasant beautiful rooms and gorgeous bathrooms. Rooms were too hot so glad I could open the window, though one of the heaters in the room would not turn off which didn't help. Perfect location and breakfast staff were really efficient and did an excellent job. Only thing was the smell which is a drain smell which was not pleasant. Overall I did love the hotel and really enjoyed my stay.
We regret to hear that the room temperature was uncomfortable and that the heater couldn’t be turned off. Additionally, we apologize for the drain smell you experienced – this is something we are actively addressing to ensure a better experience for all our guests.
