Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback! We are delighted to hear that you had a perfect stay and enjoyed the quiet, clean, and comfortable room, as well as the spotless bathroom and in-room amenities like the complimentary water and capsule coffee machine.

It’s also great to know that our central location and easy access to public transport and the airport bus made your stay even more convenient.

We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the hotel very clean and easily accessible.

We are sorry to hear that the location and room did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room category, some of our rooms are more compact by design, and not all windows are openable due to the building structure and city-center location. We understand that fresh air and natural ventilation are important, and we appreciate your comments as they help us improve communication about room types.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more suitable room for your preferences.

Best regards,
