The hotel is very tidy with pleasant staff. Very well located for getting to all of the many sights that Budapest has to offer.

En general muy satisfactoria, a excepción del primer día que no se realizó limpieza de la habitación y tuvimos que solicitar toallas de ducha limpias en recepción. Ambos problemas se solventaron
Ya que la limpieza se realiza muy avanzada la mañana, sería de agradecer que el chekout se pudiera hacer entre 1 o 2 horas más tarde.
La botella de agua (sabiendo que es de cortesía y no es obligación) no se repuso todos los días.
