Das Hotel wird professionell aber mit persönlichem Engagement der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, in der Gastronomie und im Service geführt (sehr aufmerksam beim Frühstück und Abendessen). Die Mitarbeiter gehen auch auf individuelle Wünsche ein, wenn diese umsetzbar sind. Ich würde meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Bad Reichenhall wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
