convenient location to reach bus, metro, train. not noisy street. apartment with everything available.
lift not working on the 4th floor. Unclean dressing table and elevators.
overall I had a good time

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this establishment from the 20th of April 2024 to the 23rd of April 2024.

It is with deep disappointment that I would like bring to the attention of anyone the highly distressing incidents that occurred during my stay.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was met with an egregious violation of my privacy and a complete lack of professionalism from the staff.

While I was in the midst of taking a shower, a female staff member entered my room without any prior authorization or announcement.

This intrusion not only left me feeling exposed but was further compounded by the staff member's inappropriate reaction, which included laughter and a failure to apologize for her breach of privacy.

Despite my immediate request for a different room equipped with a lock or key, no suitable alternative was provided, leaving me feeling uneasy and apprehensive about my stay as they offered me another room with the same conditions as the previous one.

To my utter dismay, this distressing scenario repeated itself the next day….

Once again, a male staff member entered my room without consent or prior notice, violating my privacy and causing significant distress.

Despite my vocal objection and plea for privacy, the staff member's disregard for boundaries was evident as he initially left only to return moments later, further exacerbating the situation.

This blatant disregard for guest privacy and the unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff are not only deeply concerning but also potentially illegal.

Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the dismissive response I received when attempting to address this matter through bookings chat feature.

The implication that I am fabricating my experience is both disrespectful and insulting, particularly in light of the presence of surveillance cameras in the hotel corridors, which I observed during my stay.

As a guest who paid for accommodations at this establishment, I expected a basic level of respect, privacy, and professionalism from the staff.

Regrettably, my experience fell far short of these expectations.

Ich buche sehr gerne ein AMC Apartment, da ich die zentrale Lage besonders schätze, zudem ist es mir wichtig, einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu haben. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Dafür vielen Dank!

L’appartamento è molto funzionale ed è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Dopo lunghe passeggiate era una piacere tornare alla mini casa 😊

Alles in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist Geschmackssache, aber alle Annehmlichkeiten einer Wohnung waren vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.).

Nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht 👍
