AMC Apartments - Ku'Damm

My overall experience was poor. The cleaning service came to my room a few times in the beginning but did not clean anything. They took displaced my stuff without doing any cleaning and one of my items went missing. As they told me cleaning is an extra service you have to order and pay for, I wonder how anyone was allowed in my room in the first place. When I asked for a refund for the missing item they simply replied "we hope you find it"! Overall very disappointing experience and would definitely not stay there again.

Mit hat es sehr gut im Appartment gefallen.
Top Lage, bequemes Bett, tolle Küche und die Waschmaschine war auch sehr toll, da ich länger dort übernachtete.

The last night we stayed the password did not work and we could not enter our room. We were left outside with two children at -2 degrees. No one answered your phone line or responded to what we wrote on Whatupp, our belongings were left inside. We missed our flight at 9 in the morning because of you and had to buy a ticket again and spend the night in another hotel. My child could not take the medicine that was left inside. We spent 400 euros because of you and we had to stay outside in the cold. No apology was made, we complained about you to booking.com, you cannot pay my moral compensation, what you can pay is my material compensation, do what is necessary

Helaas was de parkeergarage niet dichtbij het appartement, misschien handig om dit erbij te vermelden aangezien het om 2 gebouwen gaat. Wel aantrekkelijk qua prijs. De douche was verstopt een dag later is dit probleem verholpen. Fijn dat er ook nog een bad was.
Makkelijke in en uitcheck van het appartement. Prima locatie, ruim appartement en fijne bedden.

Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Everything was great but we need cleaning to be every 2-3 days without fees and flexibility if happen error during reservation to be modified
WiFi need more upgrade as my WiFi said ticket expired one day before leave
