We absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure. For me the only thing that could be improved on is the curtains as I find it hard to sleep when it is bright in the room. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

I have stayed a few times and it is my preferable place in Krakow. The new elevator makes carrying the bags upstairs unnecessary and is a great improvement. I also like the new breakfast locations.

Ha sido una estancia inolvidable. El hecho de tener cocina nos ha dado margen para nuestra organización familiar. Además nuestros hijos gozaban de cierta independecia en su apartamento. El apartamento está decorado con exquisitez y elegancia, con gran atención por los detalles en todo momento, hasta a la salida con la bolsita de deliciosos caramelos. La verdad es que uno se quedaria muchos más días aquí! Seguro repetiremos si volvemos a Cracovia y lo recomendaremos. Hemos estado muy bién y muy mimados.

Highly positive. Restaurant associated with hotel for breakfast is 15 yards away and very good. For those with limited mobility, elevator is new and fast. Receptionist and staff very friendly. Bring a robe if you are shy, the common area of the toilet/shower area is all glass. :)

Pokoj piękny, lokalizacja wspaniała, obsługa przemiła! Dziękuje za świetny pobyt.
Jedyna sugestia to to, żeby jednak toaleta miała drzwi... ich brak jest dość krępujący jeżeli z apartamentu korzysta więcej niż jedna osoba...
