This was our first visit to Krakow and Poland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff including the cleaners, are extremely polite and helpful. The Reception staff arranged and booked our visit to Auschwitz with an English speaking guide, which included transport from Bracka 6. They also booked, at our request, a taxi to take us to the Airport for our return flight home. Staff very helpful in directing us to local good restaurants. At Reception they provided city maps, which were extremely useful in order to get around to visit restaurants, museums and much more.

Brilliant !! We will be booking again and have already recommended you to lots of others. (especially as a lift is now fitted !! Though the stairs kept us fit )

Abgesehen von dem frühen Start der Reinigungskräfte vor unserer Zimmertür war es sehr gut.
Man sollte den Türspalt unten abdichten
