We had a wonderful experience at Bracka 6. Barbara, Mirela and the two Agata's were excellent. They were helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to oblige. We would like to return to Krakow and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Please help me write a constructive review for a restaurant, they opened a week ago, the restaurant is nicely decorated and the food is amazing, aged steak beef, we had tomarok and it was perfectly cooked, the garlic potatoes were unusually prepared and delicious, I had merengue for desert and was really nice, but the service is miles away from the food, it is understandable that the restaurant has just been open for few days.
But staff lacked basic training, our waiter was sweet, but so inesperient and the manager should be more present to supervise the service and be able to support the staff, but instead was sitting by the computer most time, also the need to scan a qr code to access a English menu was not practical nore helpful the menu could be bilingual which would help both waitress and customers when ordering.

Another review please: Nowa Prowincja we went to this little bar everyday of our stay, we loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, drinks are cheap compared to the main square, and it was right in front our apartment Bracka 6, this bar is great for quick bites and breakfast.
