Very luxerious and comfortabel flat/suite, but a potential for improvement on the service side. The nearest neighbour is a construction site with a lot of noise during working hours, starting at 7 AM and lasting till about 6 PM. It will remain so until 2016, according to the posters on the fences. For us, that meant we had to close all windows not to get all the noise and dust inside.
