Excellent central location. Clean spacious apartments at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I was very pleased with my stay. The location was perfect, the staff was helpfull and extremely nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Все замечательно. Великолепное расположение отеля, в самом центре. Очень чисто. Новая мебель и сантехника. Прекрасный интернет и отличное обслуживание на рецепшине.

Good location in terms of geography. Appartment on first floor is a bit dark, which is pleasant in summer but would be much less in winter. Excellent bed, good furniture, kitchen well equipped for a couple. Noise from the street, especially from cafe/restaurant just downstairs. It stops around 11 and one can hear little from the bedroom but it is noisy in the living room. We stayed for six nights. It was written somewhere that towels are changed when stay is more than four nights. This was not done and i have noticed that the same remark was made by people booking though booking.com.

Ich habe nicht bei Ihnen gefrühstückt, weil bei schönem Wetter ein Frühstück im Freien besser ist.

Pleasant surprise with this apartment. There was so much space and the fact that there was a washing machine and clothes airer was fantastic! The apartment is situated right in the heart of the old town. Restaurants at the door, music and buskers and history all around us. It was wonderful!

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage und des freundlichen Personals empfehlen wir Ihr Haus weiter.
Verbesserungsvorschläge: Licht im Badezimmer zu schwach, hier wäre auch ein schminkspiegel nötig, Haken im Bad an der Tür bzw. an den wänden fehlen gänzlich, abstellmöglichkeit in der Dusche für eigene Produkte fehlt, ganzkörperspiegel z.B. an der Innenseite der eingangstür, leider keine Spülmaschine, zu wenig Geschirr , Angebot an Zusatz-Kissen nicht vorhanden. Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer sollten nicht erst erfragt werden müssen (Angst vor Diebstahl?). Bzgl. Beleuchtung, sie ist generell irgendwie ungemütlich (zu krass oder zu schwach). 10€ Parkplatzgebühren pro Tag würden reichen, vielleicht Staffelung: je länger je billiger....
