We like the whole property as not huge fans of soulless minimalism. The staff is exceedingly attentive. Marilu at the front desk & Emiliano, who drove us to the Signal lift, were always so helpful & funny to boot. We just rented 2 different Air Bnbs over Christmas in Crans Montana & it was a nice experience to stay at the hotel!

Good. Staff were friendly and competent.
One issue was my wife fell down stairs into the bar. Apparently this is not the 1st time this has happened. Better lighting or floor markings are needed.
