It was not good. Would definitely tell people not to stah there. As it was very very hot I couldn't sleep and I was attacked by mosquitos all night long. It was not a pleasant stay and I hated it so much that I left early to stay in a hotel in the city center. That was worth the money I spent.

It was a good choice. The room has all the confort with small fridge and small hob. It was perfect for two. It's in a good position easy to reach by metro or bus, also not far from the beach. Very good location, safe neighborhood.

Très bon séjour,nous avons pu bénéficier d’un départ tardif sans frais supplémentaire ainsi que la garde de nos bagages pour pouvoir profiter encore de nos vacances avant le départ de notre train.

(Full Disclosure: The place we booked originally cancelled our reservation so this was not my first choice.) If this is your first trip to Marseille 40 C (100 F) at the airport upon arrival might come to you as a bit of a surprise. When booking a place in early Spring (from Canada) the lack of AC didn't register as life altering. It is. We could barely sleep during the night and since there are no mosquito nets on the windows (but you absolutely must open the window) you'll end up with quite a few mosquito bites by the next morning. Apart from emphasizing and maybe highlighting on the booking site that there is absolutely no AC which is rather important in Marseille during the summer I'd say the overall experience was rather pleasant or at least reasonable. The price was low but in retrospect I would've paid more happily to have AC.
