1. No card to the room! (Their appliance was broken)
2. Broken toilet.
3. Very weak water from the shower coming together with water to the bathtube!
4. No small spoon!
5. Breakfast should be brought at 9 am but wasn't there!
6. I had to come to the reception but receptionist said I didn't have breakfast, and than that her colleague did not leave the massage!
7. I got a very unhealthy all sugar breakfast without meat while I'm not vegetarian!
8. I specifically asked for tea for breakfast but I did NOT get tea!
9. Tried to call reception but they did not answer!

Bonne offre globalement. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Certaine chambre sente parfois le tabac. Chambre assez calme dans l'ensemble grâce au sas d'entrée. Le hall de réception mériterait un relookage complet.

Mala, ni una toalla cambiaron en 4 dias, cortaron la electricidad, todos los dias, ni calefaccion habia, la regadera en mal estado y muchas cosas mas
