The hotel was comfortable enough, if not very convenient. It was often noisy at night, and a long way from most Paris attractions. The staff were wonderful, although there is some confusion as to which hotel is which since two operations appear to share the same building. We enjoyed the neighborhood, which is home to many Africans and Arabs. The local restaurants reflect this, with some amazing North African food like couscous. Good place for budget travelers who have time to commute.

В одну из ночей, примерно в 2:00 ночи кто-то выбивал дверь в соседних апартаментах в течении часа. Охрана никак не отреагировала. Было страшно, не известно что за люди какие у них намерения и вооружены ли они. Ночью район кажется очень криминальным. Зато днем рядом остановка трамвая, удобно уезжать. Так же есть запах в студии, довольно неприятный.

In regards to the neighbourhood, although it sometimes can feel a bit insecure when you do not know the quarter, we can reassure you it is safe. We regret you were disturbed during the night, but again would like to reassure you that it was only a client knocking at the wrong door. Our stay was terrible. The area was very dangerous and we felt unsafe walking around past 7pm. The hotel was noisy and shared with many random people. Security at the door for the wrong reasons and the price was way too high for what we got

Not so clean, not recommended from this point of view. Internet did not work the Last 4days of our 7days stay, told to reception the issue, apparently they fixed it, but that was not True. Overall not a good stay experience

Bon rapport qualité prix, mais l'environnement fait vraiment défaut à l'image de l'entrée du bâtiment, et des ascenseurs qui sont vieillissant.
