Amongst one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I have travelled extensively. We won't be returning or recommending you after the experience of no electricity for the day (understandable with essential work), however to be told to use a blanket when reception were advised the heating in our room was subsequently not working after the electricity returned, with no apology or offer to come & check error codes on system, is, in our opinion, appalling service.
