At first shocked at the how the main entrance hall (ground floor) was dirty. By luck, once I got to the reception floor (1st floor), I felt a sense of relief with cleanliness. The lady at the reception welcomed me with a warm open heart. I immediately felt good and comfortable. She was friendly with a professional approach, was helpful and gave enough adequate information. The Check-in was without any problems, so was the Check-out. The room I was allocated, was all what I needed after a long day, to rest comfortably and in quietness & peace. The only negative thing about the room, is that it was not entirely cleaned. Under the bed there was a lot of dust and cobwebs on the corners. I was even thinking to ask for a vacuum cleaner to clean those parts of the room. Despite that other parts of the room including the bathroom were clean. the bed was extremely comfortable. And I liked the well-equipped kitchenette. The location is not quite clean and safe. I felt more safe being inside the building, as opposed to being outdoors. Thank you to the staff, particularly the lady at the reception and security (downstairs). Despite all other minor negative issues, I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back !!
