Not great - your information on booking.com suggests a late arrival. I repeatedly emailed asked for info didn’t get it and the day I was supposed to. Arrive was forced to ring from England and told my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t arrive before 2230 and I would be charged for cancelling, three times she made me call back as she was busy and kept saying manager would be there who never came. Eventually she concedes reception would be open until 1am. This still contradicts what it is says on your website
We are sorry about the confusion and the inconvenience caused. It is possible to do a late check-in and we gave you all the information through the phone. Regarding our schedule, check-in is until 10:30 pm but there will always be someone at the reception until 1 am (except on Fridays and Sundays). This information is available on our Booking.com page, our website, and on the confirmation email we sent you. Regarding the notification saying that your reservation would be cancelled if you don't check-in before 10:30 pm, it is sent automatically to our guests who chose the "pay at check-in" option. We're sorry if it scared you.
