Good service. But need more of a modern look. Needs replacement of the furniture. The corridors carpet need to be removed and replaced.

Bonne expérience avec un bon accueil du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans votre chambre directement ce qui est très bien.
L'hôtel est bien desservi par les transports avec le métro et RER à 10 minutes et le tramway juste à côté.

Very bad ! The first night we went down to reception to inform them about the WiFi problem, he gave us another code which did not work too !! We went back again but he didn’t have a solution to our problem!! We had to use our 3G all the first evening and night, and the next morning too !!!!!! After Chenin the code for the 3rd time we still gad a va connecting but sometimes ok !!

150 euro kept as a deposit and this was a vary big surprise to us !!!! You shouldn’t do things that are not mentioned on booking !!!!!
